We are proud to offer our customers all common types of US sport letterings:

All letterings and applications are original US designs, using US techniques and US materials.

Additionaly, we accept customer designs for letterings and applications. Please see our requirements for customer sewing files/designs below.

Chenille
Our Chenille letterings and applications normaly are made of one cut-out layer of Varsity Fabric and one cut-out layer of Felt Fabric.

Tackle-Twill Our Tackle-Twill letterings and applications normaly are made of two cut-out layers of Twill fabric.

Varsity Fabric: Special developed fabric for Varsity Applications. Looks like carpet. First color of an application. Felt Fabric: Normally used as a background for Varsity Applications. Second color of an application. Satin Stitch: Very close stitches which allow to add a 3rd color to the application. Choose SEWING COLOR to add a 3rd color. Must be done with embroidery equipment. Zig-Zag Stitch: This stitch fixes the application to the jacket. The sewn material can be seen. Color is always like upper fabric. Can be done by sewing machine.

Position
All ordered letterings/applications will be delivered sewn on the jacket you ordered. Please choose one of the for your application offered positions.

Depending on the chosen position, we will automatically adapt the size of the application (therefore we require an upcharge for some positons).

Some letterings require a lot of space. Therefore, some applications are available with fewer positions than others.



Customer's Artwork/Design Files & Sewing Files
For customer designs - that means for designs that are not offered in our online store - a sewing disk is required in any case. If not available, we offer to produce such a disk for our customers. Sewing files have to be created only once per design and can be reused as often as required. Depending on the complexity of the design, we will charge EUR 50,-- to EUR 70,-- (small designs) and EUR 70,-- to EUR 120,-- (large designs).

For creating a sewing file, we require a customer design file. This file can be a vector file (e.g. Adobe Illustrator formats) or a bitmap file (e.g. jpg). Please provide bitmap files with high resolution only.
