Our Prices - No Extra Charges!
Our prices include 19% VAT (valid for all countries of the European Union) and all duties. Where ever you are in the European Union, you only pay our Price plus Shipping Costs!

Discounts (Teams & Clubs)
Buying 10 pieces or more, we grant a 10% discount (excluding Lettering/Applications - for quantity discounts for Lettering/Applications, please contact us). Additionally, we grant up to 15% discount in our affiliate program. Please contact us!

Payment
We offer 2 ways of payment. Please note that shipments will be effected after receipt of the total amount earliest. Lettering jobs will be started after receipt of the total amount earliest.

• Bank Transfer: Normally, we receive your payment within 2 working days. For Bank Transfers within the European Union, please use our IBAN/BIC. Please note that costs you might be charged of your bank are for your account.
• PayPal/Credit Cards: At PayPal you can pay with any common payment method (like credit cards). By paying with credit card via PayPal or with money that you have on your PayPal account, we will receive your payment immediately after you have effected your payment. So, the goods - as long as they are in-stock - can be prepared for shipment right after your purchase!

Shipping
We ship to all countries of the European Union plus Switzerland and Norway.

Fast shipment is one of our main goals. Normally, in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment.

After shipment of the goods you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Availability of Products
We import products from the USA on a regular basis. All products offered in our online store can be ordered in all stated sizes. It does not matter whether the item is in stock or not! Prices are the same. For exact delivery times, please feel free to contact us!

Lettering/Applications
We are proud to offer our customers a wide range of original US-Letterings and Applications. All our Letterings/Applications are custom-made. Production time is between 1 and 3 weeks. Letterings and Applications can not be returned.

Returns
Returns can be done within 2 weeks after receipt of the goods (except personalized goods). For this purpose, it is enough to send the goods off. For shipment please use a propper box and prepay the shipping costs.

Please Note: Try the clothing on, just like you would do it in a normal shop. Please DO NOT take goods into normal use and DO NOT remove any labels, so the goods keep sellable. If the value of the goods exceeds EUR 40,--, we will repay beside the purchase amount also the shipping cost of the return!

Warranty
We provide a 2 year warranty for defects on our products, beginning from the date of receipt of the goods. In case of corporate customers we provide a one year warranty.

Transport Damages
In case of a transport damage of the goods - please do not continue unpacking the goods. In any case do not waist the packaging! Please contact us, so we can take care of further steps.
